Late Submission Policy

Manuscripts submitted after the announced submission deadline are, as a rule, considered for the next issue. In exceptional cases (e.g., call-based special issues, editorial scheduling considerations, or to compensate for technical delays), the Editorial Board may include a late submission in the review pool of the current issue. Inclusion in the current issue is not guaranteed; the Editorial Board makes the decision to preserve review quality and editorial timelines. Authors will be informed about the issue assignment after the initial editorial screening.
