Aims

Pedagogical Perspective (PedPer) aims to play a significant role in advancing the understanding of contemporary educational research, teacher education, curriculum and instruction, learning sciences, social studies education, and educational technologies by:

  1. Publishing high-quality studies that address a broad range of educational topics and contribute to theoretical and practical knowledge in the field,
  2. Publishing quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, theoretical, and critical review articles that make strong conceptual contributions, integrate theory and practice, and offer evidence-based insights for educational improvement,
  3. Providing an international forum for the dissemination of original research on teaching, learning, pedagogy, and educational innovation, 
  4. Bringing together global scholars, educators, and practitioners from diverse disciplinary and professional backgrounds to deepen the understanding of key issues in education and promote interdisciplinary dialogue.

Scope

Pedagogical Perspective is dedicated to promoting and disseminating high-quality and innovative research across the field of education. Therefore, PedPer welcomes rigorous manuscripts using qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, and theoretical or methodological approaches, focusing on (but not limited to):

  • teacher education and professional development
  • curriculum design, instructional methods, and learning environments
  • educational technologies, AI in education, and digital competencies
  • social studies and citizenship education
  • learning sciences, cognitive and affective learning processes
  • assessment, measurement, and evaluation in education
  • inclusive, equitable, and multicultural education
  • interdisciplinary and comparative perspectives on education

Submissions that demonstrate strong methodological grounding, interdisciplinary relevance, and international significance are particularly encouraged.
